Site Waste Management Plan

Nationwide Skips Ltd can help you develop your Site Waste Management Plan. We have worked developed and applied successful strategies for a number of UK construction companies, helping them to make significant reductions in waste volumes and cost.

From April 2008 construction projects worth more than £250,000 are required to have detailed Site Waste Management Plans (SWMPs) in place.

There are two levels applied:
Standard SWMP - for projects costing between £250,000 and £500,000.
Detailed SWMP - for projects costing over £500,000.

Nationwide Skips Ltd have a wealth of experience in developing SWMP’s with our customers and can through our experience provide you with a complete waste management service.

The Environment Agency and local government or council enforcement officers will enforce these regulations. Anyone found guilty of an offence will be liable to a fine of up to £50,000 on summary conviction, or an unlimited fine on Indictment.
